*Pet sitting and boarding services rendered after 12pm on the final day result in a half-day charge and after 6pm on the final day result in a full-day charge.
**Services rendered after 8pm result in a $15 per day charge (specific to drop-in visits and walks)..
***We are not responsible for missed services that result from technological challenges with key fobs or keyless entries.

Agreement

Please Read Service Agreement and Sign Below*

This agreement is valid whenever The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC cares for my pet. I do hereby waive and release The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC from any and all liabilities of any nature for the actions of myself, my pet(s), or any other person that accompanies me, or holds a key to my home; except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC. The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC agrees to provide all services in a kind, humane, reliable and trustworthy manner. Client agrees to notify The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC of any concerns within 24 hours of the return. In case of an emergency, inclement weather, or natural disaster, I The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC to use their reasonable judgment for the care authorize and well-being of my pet(s) and/or home.

This signed document gives The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC authorization to enter the above address (in the cases of home sitting) as needed to perform the necessary services. I authorize this contract to be valid approval for services as to permit The Village Pets, Pet Sitting and Pet Care, LLC to accept all future telephone, e-mail, mail, on-line reservations and enter my home without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.
